Itsy Bitsy Spyer is a community-created Miscellaneous item for the Engineer. It is a voodoo doll fashioned in the likeness of the opposing team's Spy. The doll rests in the Engineer's ammo pouch, which has two yellow pins fastened to it by an enemy team-colored strap. A third pin is sticking out of the Spy's chest, having pierced his left lung. The Spy's face consists of a piece of skin colored cloth, which is attached to the head by a pair of black buttons.
Itsy Bitsy Spyer was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "The Stitched Saboteur".
