The Googly Gazer is a miscellaneous item for the Engineer. It is a loose mechanical eye with a brown iris and team colored casing fitted over the Engineer's right eye, with the Mann Co. logo printed on the side.

- In the future[1], owners of this item will be able to select between the version in the game now, and a robotic version submitted by the creator.
As of the 15th of April this hat has 2 styles-Mad Science and Machine in the man.The first one is the original white eye and the second one is red,reffering to Terminator movies and this YouTube video:[1]
